Payment Terms
Orders Under 30 Days
Must be paid in full at the time of receiving the invoice.
No order or date is held unless payment is made. Please pay ASAP so supplies can be ordered in time.
Orders Over 30 Days
Can be held with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Remainder due 30 days prior to event.
Special Events
Weddings or events 6-12 months away - inquire for special terms.
Timeline & Fees
Rush Orders
Orders under 10 days may incur a 25% rush fee (if availability allows).
Large Parties
Parties over 50 servings incur a 25% service fee.
No Changes Policy
After payment is made, no changes are allowed to the order. If outside 30-day window and supplies were ordered, no credits for unused items.

Delivery Rates
Delivery is optimum and suggested. Rates for single tiers and small dessert orders:
Tiered cakes, dessert tables, and large orders priced accordingly. Hotels: we meet at valet, no room delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about our ordering process
Do you provide cake stands or serving utensils?
We do not provide cake stands - the cake comes on a board. If you need a cake stand, serving knife, or platters, you can order them and ship to us, or we can order for you and add to the invoice.
Do you set up the cake at my event?
We do not typically set up cakes, but setup service is available for an additional fee. The cake usually needs refrigeration until serving, so discuss this during your consultation if needed.
Can I get my cake on a different day than my event?
Yes! If you want the cake delivered/picked up on a different day than your event, please put the pickup/delivery date in the form. We use the date on the form for your invoice.
What if my event is at a restaurant?
Please call ahead and ask if they accept outside cake and what their plating/cutting fee is. Make sure to include this information in your reservation.
Can I sample your cookies before ordering desserts?
Yes! Our jumbo cookies are available at various locations around Maui, and we ship them all over the US. Check our Desserts page for current locations.
