- We DO NOT do heavily themed or character fondant kids cakes.
- Orders under 10 days may incur a 25% rush fee (if availability allows).
- Parties over 50 servings incur a 25% service fee.
- Please text an inspiration photo - inquiries without photos cannot be completed.
- For fresh berries in or on the cake, there's a $10 additional charge per fruit.
- Gluten Free/Dairy Free available for an additional $20 each.

Note: We don't use whip cream, fruit compotes, mousse, or wet fillings due to their slippery nature and the heat and humidity on Maui to protect the integrity of the cake.

Tiered Cakes
For basic tiered cakes: Pick your size combination and add a $30 stacking and assembling fee.
Tiered cakes must be a minimum of 2" apart in size.

Delivery Options
Delivery is optimum and suggested. Free pickup available in Wailuku at Kehalani Foodland by Coffee Bean.

Storage & Transport
Refrigeration Requirements:
- Make sure there's adequate fridge space
- Cakes are 5"-12" high depending on toppers
- Come on 8-14" round boards and boxes
- May require removing a shelf
Transportation Tips:
- Turn AC on high
- Place on passenger side floor
- Go straight to destination
- Do not hold the cake!
- Run errands before pickup
Warning: Do not leave cake in hot car or go shopping after pickup. Maui's heat will melt your cake!
Serving Guidelines
Before Serving
Keep refrigerated until 15-30 min before serving
Room Temperature
Keep room at 73°F or cooler if displaying longer
Outdoor Events
No direct sunlight, max 15 min outside
Important: After delivery or pickup, you take full responsibility for your order. The Frosted Mermaid is not responsible for damage due to improper handling or cake care.
